Zucchini stuffed with meat, with tomato sauce


An interesting option for cooking stuffed zucchini.
It is advisable to use small, tender zucchini.
Minced meat can be used any, to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 1 kg zucchini
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 150 g onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

sauce:

  • 300 g tomato sauce
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • greens to taste
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Cooking the filling.
Finely chop the onion.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add minced meat.
Salt, pepper.
Fry for 20-25 minutes.

Cooking the sauce.
Finely chop the greens.

Finely chop the garlic.

Mix tomato sauce and sour cream.

Add herbs, garlic.
Salt, pepper.

Mix.

Remove the middle from the zucchini (I used a knife to remove the core from the apples).

Stuff the zucchini with meat filling.

Put the zucchini in a baking dish.

Pour the sauce.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
