Ribs with savoy cabbage and mushrooms


Delicious, hearty dish.
Ribs are very juicy, and cabbage and mushrooms perfectly complement their taste.
Instead of savoy cabbage, you can use white cabbage (it needs to be cooked a little longer) or Chinese cabbage.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 500 g pork ribs (or beef, lamb)
  • 300 g savoy cabbage
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 150 g onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Chop the onion not very finely.

Chop ribs.

Dice the mushrooms.

Dice the tomatoes.

Chop the cabbage.

Lightly fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add ribs.

Salt, pepper.
Fry for 30-35 minutes.

Add mushrooms.
Fry for 10 minutes.

Add cabbage.
Fry for 10 minutes.

Add tomatoes, salt if necessary.
Fry for 5 minutes.
