Beans go very well with pork.
Tomatoes add juiciness to the dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.
Ingredients
- 500 g pork
- 350 g beans
- 500 g tomatoes (I used tomatoes in my own juice)
- 150 g onions
- greens to taste
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Soak beans in cold water.
Leave for 4 hours.
Boil the beans until cooked (the cooking time is indicated on the package).
Finely chop the onion.
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Finely chop the greens.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Add meat.
Fry for 20 minutes.
Add tomatoes.
Salt, pepper.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add beans (drain the water in which they were boiled).
Mix.
Add greens.
Mix.
Remove from fire.
Enjoy your meal!
