Chicken stuffed with mushrooms


Mushrooms go well with chicken.
The chicken turns out juicy, aromatic.
You can use any mushrooms to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 1 chicken (weighing 1-1.2 kg)
  • 300 g champignons
  • 200 g onions
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the mushrooms.

Mix mushrooms and onions.
Salt, pepper.

Mix vegetable oil, garlic squeezed through a garlic press.
Salt, pepper.

Stuff the chicken with mushrooms and onions.

Secure with toothpicks (or sew up with threads).
Legs can be tied.

Brush the chicken with the oil and garlic mixture.

Place in a roasting sleeve (if there is no sleeve, simply place on a baking sheet).
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.
