Ingredients
- chicken, weighing 1-1.5 kg (or drumstick, thighs)
- 500 ml cream (10-15%)
- 200 g cheese (hard)
- 0.5 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp starch
- breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Chicken, cut into pieces, fry on both sides.
Salt pepper.
Add cream.
Simmer until tender (about 25 minutes).
Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Add milk.
Add starch.
Mix.
Dip chicken in cheese mass.
Roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
