Korean carrot and liver salad


Delicious hearty salad.
Korean carrots add a spicy flavor.
I advise you to use beef liver.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 500 g liver (beef)
  • 300 g Korean carrots
  • 150 g onions
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • mayonnaise

Preparation

Cut the onion into half rings.

Clean raw liver from films.
Cut in small pieces.

Cut carrots into strips 2–3 cm.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil.

Add liver.
Salt.
Fry until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
Let cool.

Mix liver and carrots.

Season with mayonnaise.

Enjoy your meal!
