Fish marinated in Teriyaki sauce


Juicy, tender, aromatic fish. Easy and quick preparation.
Any fish can be used, to taste.
You can use soy sauce instead of Teriyaki sauce.
You can cook rice or potatoes as a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 3-4 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 500 g fish fillet
  • 100 ml Teriyaki sauce
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp sesame.
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Mix the sauce and garlic squeezed through the garlic press.

Add ginger, sesame.
Salt a little, pepper.

Mix.

Put the fish in the sauce.
Leave for 15 minutes.

Drain the sauce.
Put the fish in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
