Soup with fish, tomatoes and spinach


Bright hearty soup.
You can use any fish you like.
I used frozen spinach, you can use fresh, you need 100 g, add 3 minutes before cooking.
The amount of ingredients is indicated per 4 liter saucepan..
Ingredients

  • 500 g fish fillet
  • 600 g potatoes
  • 300 g tomato slices
  • 200 g spinach
  • 150 g carrots
  • 150 g onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Cut the fish into small pieces.

Finely chop the onion.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Cut the potatoes into cubes or sticks.

Fry the onions in a saucepan in vegetable oil.

Add carrots.
Fry.

Add fish.

Fry.

Pour water.
Boil.

Add potatoes.

Salt, pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes.

Add tomatoes.

Add spinach.
Cook for 7-10 minutes.
