Duck fillet soup with mushrooms and lentils


I bring to your attention a recipe for a delicious soup.
Instead of duck fillet, you can use chicken or beef.
Mushrooms can be used fresh or frozen. I used frozen platter. The scent was amazing!
The amount of ingredients is indicated per 4 liter saucepan..
Ingredients

  • 500 g duck fillet
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 150 g lentils
  • 150 g carrots
  • 150 g onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Pour fillet with water.
Boil.
Cook for 30 minutes.

Take out the meat.
Cut into cubes.

Return to broth.

Add mushrooms.
Salt, pepper.
Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Finely chop the onion.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add carrots.
Fry.

Cut the potatoes into cubes or sticks.

Add to broth.

Add lentils.

Add onions and carrots.
Cook for 10 minutes.
