A wonderful refreshing dessert.
Halva gives an interesting taste.
I used sunflower halva, I did not try to use another.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-12 servings are obtained.
Ingredients
- 500 ml cream 33-35%
- 300 ml condensed milk
- 250 g halva
- 10 g vanilla sugar
Preparation
Halva grind.
Whisk the cream.
Add condensed milk and vanilla sugar.
Mix.
Add halva.
Mix.
Transfer the mass to a mold (I used a 2 liter mold), in which you can freeze.
Put in the freezer for 8-10 hours.
Enjoy your meal!
