Delicious ice cream. Especially appreciated by chocolate lovers.
I used chocolate in disks (I buy it at a pastry shop), but any chocolate will work.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
Ingredients
- 300 ml cream 33-35%
- 3 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 100 g white chocolate
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 100 g dark chocolate
Preparation
Whisk the cream.
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Grind the yolks with sugar.
Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until foam.
Mix cream and yolks.
Add proteins to the creamy mass.
Stir gently.
Divide the mass into 3 parts.
Melt white chocolate.
Mix with egg and butter mass.
Put in tins, filling them 1/3.
Put in the freezer until it solidifies.
Melt milk chocolate.
Mix with egg and butter mass.
Place on frozen mass with white chocolate.
Put in the freezer until it solidifies.
Melt bitter chocolate.
Mix with egg and butter mass.
Spread out with milk chocolate.
Put in the freezer until it solidifies.
