Clafoutis with cherry


Popular French dish.
Delicate dessert that is easy and simple to prepare.
Flavors can be changed by adding different berries.
I used frozen cherries, thawed them beforehand and drained all the liquid.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 30 g butter
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 300 g cherries (or cherries)

Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add salt.
Mix.

Add warm milk.

Add oil.

Mix.

Add egg.

Mix.

Add second egg.

Mix.
Add all the eggs this way.

Mold (I used a mold with a diameter of 26 cm) grease with oil.

Lay out the cherries.

Pour the dough.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
