Puff baskets with mascarpone cream, mango and fruit


Delicious, bright summer baskets.
Crispy dough, the most delicate cream, delicious fruits and berries.
Fruits and berries can be used any, fresh or frozen.
From the specified amount of ingredients, about 20 baskets are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 250-300 g puff pastry (yeast or unleavened)

cream:

  • 200 g mascarpone (or Almetta, Philadelphia)
  • mango (ripe)
  • 250 ml cream 33-35%
  • 100-150 g sugar

also:

  • any fruits and berries (I have grapes, strawberries, carambola)

Preparation

Roll out the dough.
Cut out small squares.
Put in molds.
At the bottom, make pricks with a fork (so that the dough does not swell, and if it does swell, it’s okay, you can just press it down).
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Cool ready baskets.

Cooking cream.
Mango peel.
Remove bone.
Cut into small pieces.
Put in blender.

Grind.

Beat the cream with sugar (it is important not to beat the cream as soon as it begins to thicken, the beating must be stopped).

Add mascarpone.
Stir gently.

Add mango puree.
Mix.

Fill ready-made baskets with cream, decorate with fruits and berries.
