Delicious pie!
A successful combination of delicate, delicate cream, sour cherries and lush biscuit.
Instead of cherry compote, you can use frozen cherries. It must be defrosted, let the juice drain, and soak the biscuit with this juice.

Ingredients
dough:
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g flour
cream:
- 250 g cream 33-35%
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 150 g sugar
also:
- cherry or sweet cherry compote
- 100 g chocolate
Preparation
Beat eggs with sugar (beat for 5-7 minutes).
Add flour.
Knead not a thick dough.
Put the dough in a greased mold (I have a mold with a diameter of 26 cm).
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Soak the baked crust a little with cherry compote.
Put the cherries on the cake (remove the seeds).
Prepare the cream.
Whip cream with sugar.
Add mascarpone.
Mix.
Put the cream on the cherries.
Grate chocolate.
Sprinkle the cake with chocolate.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
