Ingredients
- 150 ml milk
- 10 g dry yeast (or 50 g fresh yeast)
- 150-200 g sugar
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 150 g cottage cheese (5-9%)
- 3 eggs
- 100 g butter
- 100 g raisins
- 100 g candied fruits
- ¼ tsp salt
- 500-550 g flour
Preparation
Chop candied fruits.
Heat the milk (it should be warm, not hot).
Add 1 tbsp. Sahara.
Mix.
Add yeast.
Add 100 g flour.
Mix.
Cover with cling film or towel.
Put in a warm place.
The dough should double.
Put eggs and cottage cheese in a blender.
Grind.
If there is no blender, you can rub the curd through a sieve and mix with eggs.
Grind well with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
Add cottage cheese with eggs.
Add dough.
Mix.
Add washed and dried raisins, candied fruits.
Mix.
Add remaining flour (400-450 g).
Knead the dough.
Cover with cling film or towel.
Put in a warm place.
The dough should rise well.
