Chocolate curd cake with walnuts


Delicate cake with a bright chocolate-nut flavor.
I recommend using walnuts.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-12 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 300 g cottage cheese (5-20%)
  • 150 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 30 g cocoa (powder)
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 1 tsp dried ground ginger (optional)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 150-200 g flour

Preparation

Chop nuts.

Grind butter with sugar.

Add eggs.

Mix.

Add cottage cheese.

Mix.

Add nuts, cocoa, ginger.

Mix.

Add baking powder and flour.
Mix.

A baking dish (I used a 20 × 30 cm dish) grease with oil or cover with baking paper.
Put out the dough.
Flatten.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 35-45 minutes.

When serving, you can sprinkle with icing sugar, garnish with half a walnut.
