Flounder baked with tomatoes


Delicate fish in tomato sauce.
You can cook potatoes or rice for a side dish.

Ingredients

  • 500 g flounder
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Clean the fish.

Dice the tomatoes.

Put the fish in a baking dish.

Put the tomatoes on the fish.

Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
