Ingredients

  • chicken, weighing 1-1.5 kg (or drumstick, thighs)
  • 500 ml cream (10-15%)
  • 200 g cheese (hard)
  • 0.5 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp starch
  • breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Chicken, cut into pieces, fry on both sides.

Salt pepper.

Add cream.
Simmer until tender (about 25 minutes).

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Add milk.

Add starch.

Mix.

Dip chicken in cheese mass.

Roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
